    • East Area Champions

    On the 12th March 2023 the Cambs U16/U17 Girls travelled to Redbridge to do battle with the other Counties from the East Area in a day of competitive and enjoyable hockey. First up Herts A were dispatched 1-0, then Herts B 2-0, Suffolk 1-0 and Beds 2-1. Cambs dominated in all of the matches but at times lacked the killer instinct in front of goal. In the final match against Essex again Cambs dominated but on this occasion were unable to break through and the match was drawn 0-0. However, with four wins and a draw, and only one goal conceded all day, Cambs were crowned East Area Champions.
